sender name not e-mail address shown and in new thunderbird there is not reading & display tab under advanced to change the behaviour!

the solution in earlier versions of thunderbird is now not available anymore - the option shown in this article here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/names-bug-no-email-addresses-are-displayed#thunderbird:win10:tb45

is not possible to follow anymore, as there is no reading & display tab in new thunderbird!

i want to see sender and recipient full e-mail address and not only the name!

also, as i have several e-mail addresses, i don't want to be listed as "me"!

please help me resolve this quickly!
