Have tried all recommended actions to no avail. I can access all web pages via Internet Explorer. Help please.

Also when setting up a Mozilla account via Firefox I go the 'Secure Connection Failed' message

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.
