Operating system Windows 10 - Thunderbird 45.4.0

  • Thunderbird has been set a Master password.
  • Thunderbird is opened (either directly by user or it has been set to open on start up)
  • Dialogue box to enter password appears.
-----> User changes mind doesn't want to use thunderbird and wants to close it.
  • click on cancel on the password dialogue box does not work (dailogue box and thunderbird do not close - password box repeats appearing - clicks on cancel do not stop it)
  • user closes Thunderbird by choosing to close all Thunderbird windows from taskbar icon
  • Thunderbird creates a crash report to be sent to Mozilla

> user screams!
