Can firefox provide a button to restart the browser. Many times we need to restart the browser explicitly by keeping all the opened tab as it is.

Many times when installed many applications it asks 'If you want to restart the browser?' on yes it just restarts keeping all the open tabs intact. But many times it comes as instruction taht please restart your browser. At that time I have only option to exit all tabs and start browser window once again but that does not restore my open tabs. So could there be button where restart option can b eprovided? when searched for restart it provides the method to 'refresh'. I don't want to refresh the browser.
