Roboform was working fine until the latest update and now the toolbar has disappeared and will not reload. I get the following message

"Can not load RoboForm add-on Please restart browser or reinstall RoboForm Incompatible module: C:\Program Files (x86)\Siber Systems\AI RoboForm\Firefox\rf-firefox-x64.dll Version: 8-2-8-8"

I have reinstalled Roboform but the problem persists. If this can't be solved I will have to stop using Firefox as my default browser.

Doesn't look like you are even using Firefox. Waterfox is a 3rd party build that is not produced by Mozilla, and it may differ from the official 64-bit builds from Mozilla.

This is the UA of the browser used to post here: User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.1.0 Waterfox/50.1.0

You can download the official 64-bit Windows Firefox build here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

Make sure you select the Windows 64-bit version.

I have uninstalled Waterfox and installed Firefox 64 using the link that you provided. The problem still exists in exactly the same way as before

I have given up using Firefox as my default browser until RoboForm toolbar is accepted.

Sorry that you are unhappy with Firefox, but compatibility with Firefox is the responsibility of Siber Systems, the company that created RoboForm. Clearly, that error message has to do with the Siber Systems\AI RoboForm program files, not with anything in Firefox program files.

Have you tried reinstalling RoboForm? Have you tried asking RoboForm for help with their product: https://www.roboform.com/support
