So I've been locked out of my google acct, possibly forever, because the phone number associated with my 2FA is disconnected. I've resorted to trying to log in to pretty much everything else I can remember in hopes of retrieving some of that data. I remembered by Firefox login info, but it is sending an email to that same damned address to verify that Im me.

Anything in the world I can do to get around it?

Hi   ! That must be a real pain in the toosh   !

You say that your phone number, associated with your 2FA, is
disconnected, but you also say that Firefox is sending an email
to that same address   ........
I don't quite see the connection between the two   ....... (?)

Have you tried to contact SecurEnvoy yet  ?

Don't you remember the password of that Google account as well? Is there a two stage sign on configured that requires to use a phone? In that case try to contact Google for support.

If you can't respond to the Sync confirmation email then I'm afraid that your Sync data is lost and that you can't restore your personal data that way. There is currently no way to add extra devices to a Sync account.

Note that Sync isn't really meant to be used as backup device, but is merely designed to be used to sync data between connected devices. Best is always to backup your data locally.
