have tried to comapct all my folders and have deleted all emails from account and folders. Quota is still full and its a business email and needs to work TODAY!!!!!

on the bottom right hand side of my email box it has a red box with 100% inside and everytime i try and send an email a message comes up saying I can't as my quota has been reached?
