Thunderbird creates duplicates of other inbox folders on Local Folders
Hi,
I have asked this question before (maybe about a year and a half ago or so), but there was no solution found, and it seemed like nobody else was having the same issue. As it keeps re-occurring, I made a new thread: Thunderbird creates duplicates of other inbox folders on 'Local Folders'. This seems to happen at random and just by itself. Then I delete the folder, but a few days/weeks/months later there is another duplicated inbox folder on Local Folders. It's very strange, it is some inbox on one of my e-mail accounts and it's being duplicated as inbox in 'Local Folders'.
I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but just as extra info: a while ago when I re-installed my OS (Win 7) I copied the Thunderbird profile folder in order to keep all my folders, e-mails and settings. Another info: all my e-mail-accounts are POP accounts.
Anybody else ever encounter the same problem? I hope someone can help me solve this issue, any help is much appreciated!
thanks, Lars

May be related to Global Inbox? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Global_Inbox
Make sure Global Inbox is off for your accounts.

Thank you. No, it's not global inbox related, I double checked and the global inbox option for this (as well as all other) account is not activated.
I just saw a copy one of the e-mail account's 'sent' folder' in the local folders.... what is going on here? How do these folders get copied out of the blue into local folders by themselves???
Has anybody else experienced this issue?
