says "encountered an improper argument" apparently it may be something to do with the security settings but i cannot roll this back nor resolve the issue any way that i have tried.

I cannot make a connection to that dns/url either. Please contact the owner of the website just in case.

I attached a screenshot of a ping to the site, and I never mad a connection. It did not work on any of the 4 browsers I tried it.

Can you talk a little bit more about what you have tried?

I get a login page, so I can't check what is wrong

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

Clear the cache and remove the cookies from websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).

"Clear the cache":

  • Options/Preferences -> Advanced -> Network -> Cached Web Content: "Clear Now""

"Remove the cookies" from websites that cause problems.

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy -> "Use custom settings for history" -> Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

yes you must have a login in order to file with the Commission. I have cleared the cache, and cookies. I will attempt the other fix once I need to do another filing. I was able to do it on Chrome but I am not as much a fan of Chrome as I am FireFox.
