Did not have this problem until I updated to firefox 56.0.2. In the suggestions if I refresh firefox how do I get back my Norton add-ons? And I do not want to delete my Norton safe search to see if it solves the problem. I keep setting to my.earthlink.net but when I restart firefox it reverts to norton safe search. How can I make my.earthlink my default home page. Everytime I click it ,it goes to firefox? Any help will be appreciated. thank you.

If Norton was changing the settings, disabling that option should take care of the problem. Just set the HomePage one last time.

think I found the problem. I had Norton safe search enabled, which also makes it my home page. Disabled it and it appears to be working ok now. Can still use my norton tool bar because it is a separate add-on. Restore to default when setting my home page? How do I make my.earthlink my restore to default or is that possible? Thanks.
