How secure are Firefox Screenshots?
When Firefox Screenshots is used to save screenshots to the Firefox Screenshots online service, how secure are they?
Are the screenshots encrypted? What security measures are used?
Thanks.

There are no specific security measures with the screenshots taken with the Firefox screenshot extension.
There are two ways to save the screenshot. If you click Save then the screenshot will be saved on internet and anyone that knows the link can access it. If you click the download button (down pointing arrow) then the image will be saved to the default download directory as set in "Options/Preferences -> General". This setting might be grayed if the "Ask" setting is selected.
So the latter is safest if you do not need to share the screenshot since the screenshot won't leave your computer.

As far as I can tell it would be secure as all other pages with in Firefox/Mozilla and other associated websites are HTTPS.
Should read this : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-screenshots You can disable it (if that's what you want) :
Copy/Paste about:config to the address bar (press Enter) (promise to be careful, if asked) Copy/Paste in the search bar extensions.screenshot and look for the preference : extensions.screenshot.system-disabled and double click to set its value to true If there's a preference extensions.screenshots.disabled you can set that value to true as well.
