Enable this: 'Menu icon' > 'Options' > 'Layout' > select 'Folder Pane columns' Click on Folder Pane column header icon - see image below. Select 'Size' Assuming the issue is with Inbox folder...... Q: What size is the 'Inbox' folder before doing any thing?

Right click on 'Inbox' folder and select 'Properties' Select 'Quota' tab 'Q: What is the usage: XX of XX kb used at this time?

Then do this: If this is 'Inbox'. Create a new folder (not as a subfolder of Inbox) Move all good emails from 'Inbox' into the new folder. Right click on Inbox folder and select 'Compact'

Recheck the size and quota and report new data. Q: What size is the 'Inbox' folder after compacting? Right click on Inbox folder and select 'Properties' Select 'Quota' tab Q: What is usage: XX of XX kb used ?
