I am unable to view my Citibank account on Firefox on my new Dell laptop. I have to use Microsoft Explorer to access my 2 Citibank accounts.

I am actually logged in to my Citibank account on Firefox(I have to use the back arrow or Backspace key to sign off) HOWEVER MY COMPUTER SCREEN IS WHITE with the revolving "spoke wheel",which goes round and round forever, and the Citibank address is in the address box.

I have no problem when I use Explorer.

Thank you for the question,

There is no error message.

Only a white, blank screen, with "circling spokes" near the center,

and this in the address line: https://online.citi.com/US/JRS/signon/CheckTandC.do?CUSTOM_SYNC_TOKEN=797fd0197b89d184f195134db7.

I am actually logged on but only see the white, blank screen.

I will attempt a screenshot which I just downloaded:.........Sorry, I do not understand how to use it. I took the shot, but do not understand how to copy it

Thank you,

Beryl

I just found out that if that linked is clicked an error message appears.

The message is incorrect, because I AM LOGGED ON.
