In which YouTube recently seems to have bugged. Full-screened videos showing beneath the task bar, as well as the cursor and interface never disappearing despite inactivity. This particular problem also occurs on normal-sized videos, the interface appearing as though I were moving the mouse over it no matter what.

It should be noted, however, that the interface remaining is only related to having a video open for awhile or something of the like, my real, persistent problem is videos appearing beneath the task bar.
