I can no longer send a NEW e-mail from EarthLink's website, but can reply to one sent to me without problem. I think it may have something to do with your recent address book changes because when I try to populate the recipient field it says, "address book loading" but never does. However, I can't send an e-mail even when manually entering a recipient address. This does not occur with IE. I also can't enter anything in the message body - either typing directly, or attempting to paste. I did not have the issue so many others had with V54.0, but do now. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
