Hi, first try restarting Firefox - 3-bar menu > Exit.

If that doesn't help, please look on your Desktop for a file named Old Firefox Data - Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings.

If the file isn't there, you can try this: Open bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import and Backup > Restore, and see if you have a backup there.

Hi, have everything tried almost, there is an old firefox data, can not refresh, all bookmarks is empty, in profiles I can not find anything from bookmarks or dates, thanks in advance

old firefox data You can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem. Never work with original files.
