Hello, You can contact the software company and ask for new license if applicable. Other suggestion: Search the first email from them, copy the details and try to install your add blocker again. On the other hand Firefox now include tracking protection and also have many add-ons that can replace add blocker plus for free Two of them: uBlockOrigin and Ghostery. They are good believe me! :) Have a nice day!

Unless you backup your bookmark or saved prior image there is nothing anyone can do to help here. As for you extensions they should have that information in your email that you used to buy it with.

Hi northwoods11, what kind of refresh was it?

Firefox Refresh

If a Firefox Refresh runs normally, your old profile folder with all your Firefox data is moved to your Windows desktop inside a folder named Old Firefox Data -- please hang onto that.

Meanwhile, to check whether your bookmarks are present and just not easily visible, try adjusting the toolbar area as follows:

Add the optional bookmarks menu button () using either:

(A) Use the Customize panel (Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars) to drag the icon to the desired spot on the toolbar

(B) Use the method from Bookmarks in Firefox - section entitled: How do I add the Bookmarks Menu button to the toolbar?

  • Click the "Library" button:
  • Click "Bookmarks"
  • Click "Bookmarking Tools"
  • Click "Add Bookmarks Menu to Toolbar"

To turn this bar (or the menu bar) on or off, you can use one of these methods to show the toolbar list and click it there:

  • right-click (on Mac Ctrl+click) a blank spot on the tab bar (or the "+" button)
  • (menu bar) View > Toolbars
    On Windows, tap the Alt key to activate the menu bar temporarily.
  • in Customize mode > Toolbars button (see: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars)

To turn on the Bookmarks Toolbar, Menu Bar, or other bars, click it on the list.
