Hi, I am using Window 7, but after updated to the new version, I can't send emails and my settings are correct. If my computer is too old to support new version, how can I get back to the old version? Thank you Kathy

This could happen if you have a firewall or security program that needs to be 'told' to allow network access to the new TB version. In any case, scanning of outgoing mail by antivirus software is not recommended. Is that option in place?
