For last several months I have noticed that firefox jumps up on its own after I scroll down. I have tried several 'tips' but nothing works. Similar pages on other browsers such as chrome, opera, even IE - show no issues.

Maybe it's this?:

If you don't wait until a page is fully loaded, and you're already scrolling down the page, you can see this 'jumping' happen. Wait until the page is fully loaded.

If the above does not help, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Still jumps up. Even after I wait till the page is fully loaded. This does not happen with Chrome, IE, Opera.

What Extensions do you have?

Try to run FF is 'Safe Mode' (Restart with Add-ons Disabled) and see if it is still 'jumping'.

Please do the following:

Click on the Windows icon 'Start' (bottom-left) and in the right column, bottom, click on Run. Enter in:

DxDiag /64bit

...Wait until the green bar loads and disappears, then click "Save All Information".

Do you have FF 65.0.1?

Is this Page-Jump-Scrolling issue described in Bugzilla what you have?
