I don't receive the link to reset my password so I can't log in to my Firefox account. Can I speak to someone directly?
When I tried to log in to my Firefox account, I got the message that the password is incorrect. When I click the link to get a reset email, Firefox reports that the email has been sent successfully. But no email arrives. How do I contact at someone to find out if my account has been hijacked and all my data compromised?

Such e-mail is always sent to the address on file with the website.
Check your user profile at the site. Also, check your junk mail folder.
Hello FrustratedbyFirefox (that bad, eh ?),
Would you please take a look at this article :

Checked article but the reset mails weren't in my spam folder, nor was the address accounts@firefox.com blocked. So I'll have to wait 24 hours before trying again to avoid blocking my account. Definitely frustrated!
