On my old PC the folders in the left pane are listed by user within Inbox, say, but on my new PC it is all the folders within user, which is harder to navigate.

On new PC: User1

 Inbox
 Drafts
 Sent
 Trash

User2

 Inbox
 Drafts...etc

On Old PC: Inbox

 User1
 User2

Drafts

 User1
User2...etc (Much easier to navigate because all the inboxes (most used folder) are grouped together.

There is a FAQ that appears to address this issue, but it appears to relate to a much older version of Thunderbird and the menu options do not appear.
