I have 12 unused address books. The email addresses have been deleted. The empty address books are no longer needed. Personal Address Book and Collected Addresses can stay. Thanks for your help.

In the Address Book window, right-click an address book in the left pane - Delete.

The above method worked for most of my problem books, but for one of the Collected address books the "delete" action is grayed out and it cannot be deleted using this method. Another suggestion?
