Why is Firefox closing my tabs when I navigate to another open app and return to Firefox?

I typically have two or three apps running on my iPad. After updating to iOS 13.2, I have found that when I navigate to another app and return to Firefox, all my open tabs are closed and I have the home page up. That has never happened with previous iOS versions. Anybody have a fix?

That did not address the issue, but thanks anyway.

Hi rbdancer,

Is your Firefox app up-to-date? You can check for updates in the App Store. You can also try deleting the Firefox App from your device, restart your iPad, and download Firefox from the App Store.

Note that deleting the app will clear the app entirely. Your bookmarks, history, cache, and cookies will disappear. You can save your information with a Firefox account, see Sync bookmarks, logins and browsing history on FIrefox for iOS.

Yes, I keep Firefox up to date automatically. I also sync it between devices. This only happens on the iPad Pro.
