Hello, I used to be able to backup my emails by right clicking on the folder and choosing import/export... Now the menu when I right click is different and starts with Open in new tab; how do I recover the import/export facility? I also have another question: I do not see a junk folder in my Thunderbird email and as I no longer receive some newsletters I wander they are not in a junk email I cannot locate. For TB 68, install the new ImportExportTools NG add-on:

Is your account IMAP, and if so, is the Junk/Spam/Bulk folder subscribed? Right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe, click Refresh, and check the relevant folder.
