Hi rogerplayford, is this a problem in Firefox's standard Print dialog -- for example on this site -- or is this a problem with your options on a specific website?

Firefox is the browser I have used for years. If you allow Firefox to become irrelevant, then you might as well shut it down. NOT being compatible with Microsoft is your first step to becoming irrelevant. NOT being able to use Microsoft print to PDF to print a webpage from the Firefox browser is making Firefox irrelevant. Fix it!!!

So you are unwilling to answer the question that that jscher2000 asked the user who started this thread?
Or don't want any "support" / help with correcting your issue?

Hi billoquigley, support forum volunteers can assist with features, settings, and workarounds, but we need to know what exactly is going wrong before we can make suggestions. For example:

  • When pressing Ctrl+p, (or using the menu button > Print, then Print... from Print Preview) do you get the full Print dialog with the Microsoft Print to PDF "printer" available to select? If not, what is happening?
  • When printing do you get incomplete results? Firefox has various print layout bugs and we may be able to suggest some workarounds.
  • Et cetera.

P.S. We aren't the developers, but even if we were, we would need to know what exactly needs fixed.
