I'm trying to set Thunderbird to leave a copy of the message on the server as I use a few different email clients for work. For some reason, I'm sure it's my lack of experience, but the setting for leaving a copy of the message on the server is missing. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks.

That setting only applies to POP accounts. With IMAP, as in your picture, mail is stored on the mail server, and different clients or devices synchronize with the server.
