New Thunderbird client IMAP install will not see previously saved folders/emails on server
Recently installed Thunderbird because my old service provider stopped supporting their email client. With the old client, i.e. Godaddy, I was able to save/move/archive any received email into a custom folder which I created. Those saved emails were always available to me from any computer or phone. Godaddy has pushed me to change client to Outlook for which the archived feature still works as it should, but I do not like the overall functionality/feel of Outlook and prefer to use Thunderbird. The Thunderbird client setup is IMAP, but I am not able to see the saved email folders. Godaddy is dead to me as they will not provide any help relative to Thunderbird. Can anybody on this forum help me with this problem? Image shows present setup. Thanks.

If you right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe, Refresh, are the missing folders available to subscribe?
Missing folders do not appear and are not displayed.
Some mail services, such as gmail, have a checkbox in gmail settings to 'Show in IMAP' for each folder. Is that a factor here?
I assume your suggested "Show in IMAP" selection for each folder is maybe the same as would be granted permissions. In Outlook when right clicking on a folder, it allows for permission selections. I chose a couple of folders and granted all permissions. Went back and re-subscribed but had no luck.
Is there a similar 'Show in IMAP' setting when the account is accessed directly on Godaddy, that would apply to any mail client?
Cannot access Godaddy, when trying to access the old Godaddy email it automatically directs me and logs me into Outlook. Godaddy doesn't answer their phones. Held over an hour yesterday to have call ended and been on the hold today for over 2 hours. Need to find someone new for domains and email.
Thunderbird still does not see Outlook folders. Does anybody on this forum know if Thunderbird is compatible with Outlook365? Thanks.
