Upgrade took away all of my bookmarks and history.
I lost all of my bookmarks and user history with the latest upgrade. I'm not too happy about this. And how can I contact a live person?

sure.
there are 2 ways to change the profiles in Firefox.
1) Windows start button > search (or run) > FireFox.exe -p
A simple little profile manager will pop up. There should be 2 profiles. Pick/load the one that is currently not running. Then open up FF and see if that profile you just activated produces the lost data.
If so, then we need to have it be the "defaulted" profile, via step 2
2) copy and paste and go to the following url:
about:profiles
if nothing above works out, then there is one possible trick to try which is to use the MSEdge browsers ability to tap into the FF profile data files. In fact, the MS browser may have already aggregated data from the previous version of your FF.

was your previous version of FF set to HTTPS, via the options shown in the attached pic?
if so, then this is a confirmed bug.
No that is not the issue. But thank you for trying to solve the mystery. It appears that others are having the same issue. No fun today.
ok.
perhaps the issue pertains to the Profile
try switching to the other profile .
it might be blanked out, but hopefully not
That is something I do not know how to do. Can you please explain the steps. Thanks
I am able to open up the other profile but as you suggested it might be blanked out because Every file folder is empty. See attached image. Anyway I appreciate your help for the evening but have to leave work. I will look for a response tomorrow at some point.
Thanks again
