Keyboard shortcut for search opens/goes to Evernote

The keyboard shortcut for searching messages , Ctrl-Shift-F instead is opening Evernote (entirely unrelated software program), or jumping to Evernote if it is already open (which it usually is). The shortcut has not been working for awhile now, but I only recently realized it was jumping to/opening Evernote instead of Thunderbird search (not sure if it has been doing this ever since it stopped working, or if this is a more recent twist on the problem).

I use folders heavily for email management, which means sometimes things get dragged into the wrong folder, so I really need this to work without the cumbersome process of going to the Edit menu, selecting Find on the submenu, and then selecting Search Messages sub-submenu item (which does work correctly, BTW). I don't know why such a primary function is so buried to begin with. It oughtt to be on the button bar. I use it way more than Quick Filter, which does have a button, or Global Search, which can be added as button, but is not at all useful. Why doesn't "Find," which is by far the most useful of Thunderbird's search tools, have either a button I can add to the toolbar, or a functional keyboard shortcut??

Is anyone else experiencing this, and how might I fix it?
