Message I get is "Secure connection failed". I go to help-->troubleshoot-->refresh. It usually works once then next time it is the same. I've tried troubleshoot-->troubleshoot but that doesn't help either, I end up refreshing and then back to square one. Appreciate your help to a non-techie.
