Prohibited characters error
When I go to www.tractorsupply.com, and click on "My Wallet," I get the error, "Prohibited characters error." The My Wallet is an area reserved for special offers that the shopper can load to the shopping cart.

Yes, I logged into my account first, went to my cart, clicked on the "My Wallet" icon, and received the prohibited characters error message.
That's not possible, to provide screenshots without showing personal info. Thank you for trying to help and your quick response to my question.
What characters are allowed in that input field ?
You can possibly check this in the Inspector, but the website might be using JavaScript to validate what you typed.
You can right-click and select "Inspect" to open the built-in Inspector with this element selected.
I did a right click on the "My Wallet" icon and opened the Inspector. What am I looking for and what is the next action. I have discovered, in the meantime, that the My Wallet icon opens when I'm on the Tractor Supply home page; I get the Prohibited error message when I'm on the dashboard and cart pages.

Also, I checked javascript, and it is enabled for my browser, Firefox. When I use Chrome, I do not get the error message.
If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, DuckDuckGo PE, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.
- make sure your extensions and filters are updated to the latest version

Firefox shows a purple shield instead of a gray shield at the left end of the location/address bar in case Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking content. You can click the shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection. You can check the Web Console for relevant-looking messages about blocked content.

Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window

@ cor-el: Thank you for your detailed reply. I have gone through your troubleshooting suggestions and nothing resolved the issue. I then discovered that the same error occurs when I use Chrome. In researching further and examining the source code of the My Wallet feature in Chrome, I discovered it likely has something to do with a deprecating feature. Per definition I found via a Google search, "Deprecated refers to a software or programming language feature that is tolerated or supported but not recommended. A deprecated attribute or feature is one that may eventually be phased out, but continues to be used in the meantime." I called Tractor Supply to have their IT look into it. I'm surmising there is nothing further that I can do at this point.
