Can’t sync passwords from CSV file?
I recently moved from Opera to Firefox, and moved all of my passwords by making a CSV file then importing them to Firefox, but they’re not syncing? While on my PC it shows all of the passwords, my phone only shows my password for my Firefox account, the only password I made rather than importing. Any help will be very much appreciated.

Import my passwords from a *cvs file https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1352901
Then, in Menu -> Passwords you will see a "3-dot" menu button at the upper right Select "Import from a file..."

Thanks for your effort, but it didn’t help. I’ve already done all of that, and now I’m looking to have them synced, like having the passwords on the iOS/iPadOS/Android app, but they don’t appear and are just the ones NOT from the CSV file. I want some help to have those everywhere that I have Firefox via syncing.
Are you using a Primary Password?

Nope. Sorry for delayed response, was busy.
You can export the current logins to a CSV file to get a sample file and compare this file (especially the field names; "url","username","password" are mandatory) with the file you try to import.
