Do you have the same issue opening Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode Do you have the same issue under a different windows account? Have you tried with Windows in Safe Mode? What security software are you running?
