I use a 2017 Apple Desk top Retina 4. I just made Firefox my default browser, trying to allow all cookies for my online banking with dollar bank. I have always had this account on Firefox, since 2020, but for some mysterious reason after successfully logging on, with access to all my data, I am automatically logged out as soon as I select Pay My Bills. Advice from dollar customer service is not helpful. I don't want to erase all my cookie/cache files. (pop up windows are allowed). Are there steps I should take to be sure all cookies are allowed for this particular site?
