Have never had an issue before with Barclays Online Banking using Firefox ... now unable to download transaction files or do other basic tasks. Have cleared cache, cookies etc but still same issues. Everything works fine with another browser (Chrome)

Are these pdf files? What happens when you try? Can you show the issue and block any personal info?

When I try to download .OFX files into Money 2000.... I enter the software (Money 2000).is ok ... I enter which Account.. is ok ... then i should get next screen to enter dates from and too... It just goes straight back to online banking home screen. .. Also tried to send a payment to a family member which I have done many times ... just comes up with an error unable to complete. ( I have tried logging on using Pin Sentry and still same result.

Everything works fine with Microsoft Edge...
