Had a problem with my Firefox that kept telling me "we're sorry..." So I went to delete it and it gave me an option to "refresh" Firefox. I did that and it created a file "Old Firefox Data". somehow during this process Firefox got deleted. I downloaded a new copy of Firefox. What do I do with "Old Firefox Data"?

You can copy some data from there to your new profile. You should close Firefox before doing that.
