Netaddress outgoing email problem
I am using Netaddress (rabernstein@usa.net) as my email provider. Whenever I attempt to send an outgoing email from this account I get tge following error message:
"Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because connecting to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.postoffice.net failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMTP connections. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again."
After 3 or 4 repeated attempts the message is successfully sent. The support team (Silver Sky) for this product attribute the failure to anyone but them. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Changing email providers is not a viable option for this account. Thanks, Bob

Puzzling, I have been a customer of theirs for two decades with never a problem, so this may be a temporary glitch. SMTP settings are smtp dot postoffice dot net , port 587 , normal password STARTTLS
