Thunderbird stopped receiving emails from our yahoo accounts on 10-05-23 but still receives mail to gmail account. Can send from yahoo accounts and recipient receives them but the messages do not show up in thunderbird "sent" folder.

You should find out what changed with yahoo. I remember one of these free mail sites stopped allowing pop and switched to web only...
