What happens when you try to open Firefox for Android? Is there any error message?

I can access the internet and my gmail address but have great problems trying to do anything with bt, including sending a btinternet email to my neighbour. I have now changed my bt password and managed to access my BT bill and read emails but when I write them they do not go. BT says it is a problem with firefox.

While email has improved in Firefox for Android, you may find (especially if you are using a phone rather than a tablet) that the default email app on your device may be better for what you are trying to do.
