Unable to sign into microsoft outlook email

I have tried everything. Cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the browser, deleted outlook off of my computer, got rid of adblock. Nothing is working. I get the 500 error with the page refreshing over and over before that.

This is what the screen says:

500 Something went wrong. Repeating redirects detected.

Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search I'm in it every day, home and work with no issues. see screenshots What OS? What version of Firefox?
