It should work the same as before. Could you describe the method you are trying to use to reduce the window size? For example:

  • click and drag the corner of the browser window
  • hover the maximize/restore button until a panel appears with different split options
  • hold down the Windows key and tap the left arrow to tile the window to the left half of the screen
  • something else
