‘Using Thunderbird pulling eMail from Comcast. Can send through Comcast but NOT Thunderbird. Get weird error message’ for ‘Thunderbird’
duplicate of /questions/1481784 thread
I have Comcast as my ISP and my mail comes from Comcast using Thunderbird. I got hacked and bulk messages sent by the Turds. A lock has been put on Outgoing Mail. I went to Comcast and I can SEND through that, but I cannot SEND through Thunderbird. I get this weird error message. See the image below.
HELP!! How do I get Thunderbird's error message fixed so I can send messages.

Thunderbird work with your ISP provider and their settings for POP3/IMAP settings to get and send emails. Thunderbird by itself can't do anything without the correct settings from the ISP to connect with the actual email server on ISP comcast. And this is for Firefox browse forum for browser help so if you need more help you should post to Thunderbird forum so users there can assist more whom know the workings of Thunderbird.
