After install newest version Thunderbird, It will not start-up. I have no email at all. Webmail is all I have!

Newest Thunderbird (Version 128.6) ! I first did the uninstall. Several years Thunderbird experience. It seems the Thunderbird .exe does not have authority. Maybe the uninstall revoked it. I see none of the files Thunderbird was using and managing. My only email ability now... is web mail.

Updating Thunderbird is done without the need for an uninstalling of previous versions. What was the reason that you needed to uninstall the previous version?
