Blocking Match.com
I am blocked from Match.com on my computer. I use Firefox and have also tried Edge. I've tried so many things like disabling antivirus, etc. When I finally went to the public library today to use their computers, I was able to get on. I've sent error messages, etc to Match.com, ie. It says "Your computer appears to be correctly configured but the device or resource (www.match.com) is not responding" when I troubleshoot this to diagnose the problem on windows.and so far, they have not been able to help me. Can someone give me step by step things to try to unblock Match.com? This happened two months ago and they were able to fix it...but not this time. Thank you!

You need to provide a screenshot of the issue for others to verify what's happening with Firefox. What Public computer setups are isn't the same as home computers-so that's not a valid way to verify the issue. So unless you can figure the issue that would require a computer shop to see what is going on when it's on that site.
This is the message I get on my computer when I try to get on Match.com
The connection has timed out
The server at www.match.com is taking too long to respond.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.
