Is there any fix for hotmail emails, forward, reply, drafts losing body of email yet
Whenever I recall a draft email, reply to an email, forward an email I lose the body of my email. Is there a definite fix yet?

No, that issue (bug) has not been fixed yet. See Blank messages in Hotmail
You can keep an eye on the bug report or vote for it. Bug 538892 – Replying to or forwarding emails on Hotmail no longer works properly: message content is often lost
