Firefox opens up, it starts in a minimized state, with the small window, The file button with File, view, help, thos buttons in it, the File button is next to the back button, to maximize the page I have to go to full screen mode, then the address bar doesn't appear and none of the toolbars appear.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

I was going to a site, accidentally pushed a button and "T", not shift or alt, and it changed into a style I can't change. with the Menu next to the back button

It is possible that the screen is too width and that the scroll bar falls off at the right. Open the system menu via Alt+Space and see if you can resize that window. If that works then close Firefox to save that setting. See also http://kb.mozillazine.org/Resizing_oversize_window --- Window sizes and positions are stored in localstore.rdf in the Profile Folder.

Delete localstore.rdf or rename to localstore.rdf.sav in the Profile Folder to test if the file is corrupted.

See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Corrupt_localstore.rdf (caution: do not delete the localstore.rdf file in the Firefox program installation folder)
