My internet browsers aren't displaying properly. Certain colors and graphics and backgrounds don't show up and instead are white. I have a few screenshots of the problem.

I already went through the suggestions from "Websites are not displaying correctly" and "Website colors are wrong," but still have found no solution. Does anyone know what the problem is? It's really irritating.
