how do I block videos from any web site in firefox.
I wanted to find out is there a plugin that I can get for free that can block videos from any web site using firefox.

Perhaps it'll be easier to just disable all the plugins that enable videos from Tools -> Add-ons, "Plugins" section like Quicktime, Flash, Realplayer, windows media player, etc.
