I upgraded to the latest version of Firefox this morning. I have no menu bar at the top of the page. I did the alt version and then went to help to download the extension like one of the pages said. There were no new extensions.

Press the Alt key to show the menu bar. Click on View, then Toolbars and tick Menu Bar. Simple as that, it took me 3 hours yesterday to find this out myself by accident.
