Mozilla do not make any add-ons for Yahoo, they will be created by third parties.

Was it this add-on - Yahoo! Mail Notifier, if it was you can re-install it from that link.

Now my problem is solved. (I found a reliable site from which I have reinstalled yahoo email notifier as add-on to Firefox).
